You MUST pre book and pay for your pitch before arrival.
Firstly, we hope that during these worrying and confusing times you and your families have all remained well and safe.
It is vital to remember that this virus has not gone away therefore even though Border Forest Holiday Park is in a rural and isolated location we MUST still follow guidelines.
Your safety is very important and we also need to make sure any of our staff or us are not put at risk either.
You may require a fob which operates the barrier there is £10 deposit
All fobs will be sprayed and the cash kept in and returned using fantastic Tuppaware
It is advisable that you use your own facilities, although we do have toilets and showers available
Arrival Times are NO EARLIER THAN 2pm & NO LATER THAN 8PM
Social distancing MUST be adhered to
Wash your hands often.
As you will appreciate for the foreseeable future we cannot allow you to have any visitors whilst staying here. Please adhered to this as your visitors will be asked to leave immediately.
We are a quiet site with no shop, bar or restaurant with the nearest village shop 9 miles south of us in Otterburn
We only take tent bookings for Pennine Way walkers carrying their own tents or walkers can book a pod

Enviably located on the edge of the magnificent Kielder Forest and in the centre of the Gold International Dark Sky Park, Border Forest Holiday Park offers a dog friendly, rural escape bordering the spectacular Northumberland National Park and situated on part of the Pennine Way.
Our self catering accommodations include four lovely, comfortable, pet friendly lodges
some with hot tubs, our two ‘bijou style’ cottages, the Firtree and Stable,
or our contemporary Puffin cottage all with easy access to our fabulous designated dog walking area and direct walks into the forest.
We also have camping pods, plus hardstanding pitches with hook ups, which all provide a peaceful retreat for those who wish to explore this beautiful region.
If you have a canine adventurer, prepare to bring them here at doggy paradise.
